Couples Therapy

One-on-one weekly or bi-weekly sessions, focused entirely on you. This is a space to expore your thoughts, emotions and patterns so you can create meaningful change and move through life with create and greater clarity and confidence.

Individual Therapy

A space to connect with other women of color and first-generation folks who get it, without having to over-explain. Groups are facilitated, themed, and run on a rolling basis throughout the year.

My style is direct, humorous, affirming, and collaborative. I cuss a little, I laugh alot, and I bring my authentic self into the room so you can do the same. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every session is shaped by what you need.

I draw on several evidence-based modalities and blend them based on what fits you best.
